A DPD <\/a>realizou o primeiro Delivery Excellence Challenge<\/em>, competi\u00e7\u00e3o que reuniu todos os condutores da DPD Portugal<\/a>, para eleger o melhor motorista nacional. Para falar sobre esta iniciativa, entrevist\u00e1mos Pedro Correia<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel de forma\u00e7\u00e3o da DPD Portugal<\/a>, que nos conta em detalhe como surgiu o evento e o sucesso alcan\u00e7ado na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNa DPD Portugal, damos muito valor aos condutores, e a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria tem sido historicamente um dos aspetos onde mais investimos. Al\u00e9m disso, desde 2018 que adot\u00e1mos uma estrat\u00e9gia de dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o de iniciativas com os nossos condutores, com muito foco na intera\u00e7\u00e3o com eles e na melhoria constante das suas performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temos vindo a realizar muitas iniciativas com os condutores assentes na nossa aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mobile, que se tornou a nossa rede social interna, onde partilhamos conte\u00fados, not\u00edcias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es. O mais importante \u00e9 que os nossos condutores conseguem ver a sua performance de condu\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s desta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, para al\u00e9m de outros par\u00e2metros como a qualidade de servi\u00e7o e o seu hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mobile serve de base para todas as iniciativas <\/a>que temos vindo a fazer, e agora surgiu a oportunidade de realizarmos um evento anual que valorize ainda mais o profissionalismo dos condutores, num ambiente de confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o: o Delivery Excellence Challenge.<\/em> Esta competi\u00e7\u00e3o seguiu uma diretriz internacional que acolhemos com grande entusiasmo, pois \u00e9 um desafio que ir\u00e1 eleger o melhor condutor da Europa e, para tal, cada Business Unit<\/a> (BU) em cada pa\u00eds, teve de dinamizar a sua competi\u00e7\u00e3o nacional para eleger o seu melhor condutor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nas reuni\u00f5es preparat\u00f3rias com outras BU\u2019s europeias, apercebemo-nos que a nossa BU portuguesa era a que estava mais bem preparada para este evento, porque j\u00e1 temos vindo a realizar diversas iniciativas com os condutores. Os condutores s\u00e3o um dos pilares fundamentais da nossa empresa e, felizmente, a nossa administra\u00e7\u00e3o tem sempre validado e apoiado as nossas iniciativas no \u00e2mbito da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e engagement<\/em> dos condutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como captamos diariamente as m\u00e9tricas dos nossos condutores, a primeira etapa da competi\u00e7\u00e3o foi, durante um determinado per\u00edodo, avaliar todos os nossos 600 condutores sob determinados par\u00e2metros, para eleger os 100 melhores a n\u00edvel nacional, que ganharam alguns pr\u00e9mios. A segunda fase do evento, contou com mais uma etapa de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o destes 100 condutores, para a elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos 40 melhores, que tamb\u00e9m tiveram direito aos seus pr\u00e9mios. Foi justamente nestas duas etapas que, do ponto de vista da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, foi-nos f\u00e1cil realizar, ao contr\u00e1rio de outras BU\u2019s europeias, porque a nossa aplica\u00e7\u00e3o serviu de base fundamental para toda esta din\u00e2mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A terceira etapa, essa desenvolvida de forma din\u00e2mica e presencial, teve lugar em Coimbra no mercado abastecedor (MAC). Realiz\u00e1mos um evento diferente, com etapas envolvendo a condu\u00e7\u00e3o, prova de per\u00edcia, entregas e um teste de cultura geral e sobre a DPD. Um dos fatores que retir\u00e1mos da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, foi o fator tempo. O tempo das entregas n\u00e3o foi medido. Simul\u00e1mos um percurso no MAC, onde os condutores tinham de efetuar 4 entregas\/recolhas, com algumas \u201cdificuldades\u201d pelo meio como por exemplo, a inclus\u00e3o de objetos que n\u00e3o recolhemos, entre outras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foi muito interessante a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre todos os condutores nas v\u00e1rias etapas, principalmente nesta fase final. A DPD tem 14 delega\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> em Portugal e sem este evento, um condutor de Faro teria poucas hip\u00f3teses de conhecer um colega de Vila Real. Assim esta a\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m promoveu uma efetiva uni\u00e3o entre os nossos condutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A vit\u00f3ria coube ao condutor Pedro Teixeira<\/strong>, que ir\u00e1 agora participar na final europeia a ser realizada na Cro\u00e1cia e, pelo que pudemos analisar, temos total confian\u00e7a que ele ir\u00e1 representar Portugal da melhor maneira. O Delivery Excellence Challenge<\/em> foi uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o bastante saud\u00e1vel onde avali\u00e1mos v\u00e1rias compet\u00eancias e, sobretudo, proporcionamos uma experi\u00eancia diferenciadora aos nossos condutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tudo foi realizado com staff interno e pensado ao pormenor. Por exemplo, os j\u00faris n\u00e3o estavam ligados \u00e0s equipas das opera\u00e7\u00f5es, para evitar eventuais favorecimentos. Tivemos a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das dire\u00e7\u00f5es da DPD e de diversos departamentos, com um esp\u00edrito de equipa e, no final, os resultados alcan\u00e7ados com esta iniciativa ficaram muito acima do esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No futuro, queremos voltar a realizar esta a\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo outros colegas para al\u00e9m dos condutores, como por exemplo, o nosso pessoal de armaz\u00e9m\u201d concluiu com indisfar\u00e7\u00e1vel satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, Pedro Correia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
