Atualmente, 75% dos portugueses j\u00e1 compram online e 46% fazem compras regulares, praticamente em linha com os n\u00fameros de 2021 (74% e 45%), com uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o face a 2023, quando apenas 71% dos portugueses comprava online e 42% fazia compras regulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A frequ\u00eancia anual de compras tamb\u00e9m aumentou, passando de 34% em 2023 para 39,4% em 2025, embora ainda abaixo da m\u00e9dia europeia (48,6%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas s\u00e3o algumas das tend\u00eancias que est\u00e3o a moldar a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do e-commerce em Portugal \u2013 identificadas atrav\u00e9s do mais recente Bar\u00f3metro E-Shopper 2025 da Geopost, grupo de refer\u00eancia europeu em entrega de encomendas e solu\u00e7\u00f5es para o com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f3nico, do qual faz parte a operadora de <strong>transporte expresso DPD Portugal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pre\u00e7o em primeiro lugar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pre\u00e7o mant\u00e9m-se como o fator mais determinante nas decis\u00f5es de compra online em Portugal. De acordo com este bar\u00f3metro, 78% dos compradores online nacionais assumem que o pre\u00e7o \u00e9 um dos fatores decisivos no processo de compra, um valor claramente superior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia europeia (68%). O estudo mostra ainda que estes compradores consideram importante conhecer a transportadora que entrega as suas encomendas (63%), tendo este indicador aumentado 9% relativamente a 2023, revelando que poder escolher a empresa que se prefere ou evitar uma em que n\u00e3o confie \u00e9, claramente, um impulsionador para a compra online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investimento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antevendo tend\u00eancias, a DPD Portugal investiu cerca de 4,5 milh\u00f5es de euros na abertura do seu novo centro log\u00edstico em Leiria, para refor\u00e7ar a sua capacidade operacional na regi\u00e3o centro do pa\u00eds. Esta nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o vem responder ao crescimento sustentado da empresa, refor\u00e7ando a sua rede de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, conforme notici\u00e1mos na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nova esta\u00e7\u00e3o, com uma \u00e1rea total de 3.145 metros quadrados (m2), dos quais 2.900 m2 dedicados a armaz\u00e9m, est\u00e1 equipada para gerir um volume di\u00e1rio de cerca de 10.000 encomendas, assegurando uma resposta \u00e1gil e eficiente \u00e0s necessidades dos clientes na regi\u00e3o centro do pa\u00eds.
