A recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta, alimentada pela retoma dos registos de autom\u00f3veis novos ao longo de 2025, est\u00e1 a devolver mais viaturas ao canal de usados, sobretudo <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2026\/03\/09\/jcdecaux-portugal-frota-como-pilar-de-qualidade\/\">provenientes de frotas<\/a>. Quando os invent\u00e1rios crescem mais depressa do que a procura a retalho, o Market Days Supply (MDS) aumenta e os retalhistas v\u00eaem-se obrigados a ajustar os pre\u00e7os para preservar a rota\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 este mecanismo que come\u00e7a agora a travar a escalada dos valores residuais que marcou o per\u00edodo p\u00f3s-pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A combust\u00e3o continua a sustentar o mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar da acelera\u00e7\u00e3o da eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de novos, os ve\u00edculos com motor de combust\u00e3o continuam a ser o principal motor de liquidez no ecossistema dos usados. Os modelos a gasolina e a gas\u00f3leo mant\u00eam uma circula\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficiente, apoiados numa procura madura e em custos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mais previs\u00edveis. Os BEV e os <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/c\/AutomotiveRevista\/videos\">h\u00edbridos plug-in <\/a>est\u00e3o a chegar ao mercado de usados em volumes crescentes, prolongando os per\u00edodos de perman\u00eancia em stock em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses. Segundo o Indicata, os valores residuais destes modelos continuam mais sens\u00edveis a aumentos s\u00fabitos da oferta e \u00e0 concorr\u00eancia de pre\u00e7o dos el\u00e9tricos novos sujeitos a descontos, embora j\u00e1 se observem sinais de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 medida que a acessibilidade melhora e a confian\u00e7a dos consumidores aumenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Os pre\u00e7os continuam acima de 2020, mas a margem est\u00e1 a estreitar-se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mesmo com o ajustamento em curso, os pre\u00e7os de retalho dos usados na Europa continuam, em m\u00e9dia e excluindo a Turquia, 3,0 pontos percentuais acima de janeiro de 2020. Os mercados com maior valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada s\u00e3o Espanha (+11,0 pp), It\u00e1lia (+10,2 pp) e Alemanha (+6,6 pp).
