A Autoridade da Concorr\u00eancia em Fran\u00e7a, deu luz verde \u00e0 transa\u00e7\u00e3o de compra das concess\u00f5es da empresa GSVI em Fran\u00e7a, que passam a integrar o grupo GCA, tamb\u00e9m ele franc\u00eas, e com forte implementa\u00e7\u00e3o no retalho autom\u00f3vel multimarcas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um acontecimento de relevo e que permitir\u00e1 ao grupo GCA tamb\u00e9m atuar no setor de ve\u00edculos pesados, atrav\u00e9s da representa\u00e7\u00e3o da marca DAF que tinha no GSVI um grande historial no mercado franc\u00eas. De referir que a GSVI pertencia at\u00e9 \u00e0 data, ao empres\u00e1rio portugu\u00eas M\u00e1rio da Ponte que, juntamente com o seu irm\u00e3o Agostinho da Ponte, tamb\u00e9m disp\u00f5e de unidades em Portugal (Leiria e Maia) onde comercializa a marca DAF, mas que segundo consta, n\u00e3o estiveram envolvidas nesta transa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reestruturar e crescer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em Fran\u00e7a, a GSVI construiu uma hist\u00f3rica e s\u00f3lida rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a marca DAF e tamb\u00e9m soube implementar, desde a sua funda\u00e7\u00e3o em 1989, os modelos e servi\u00e7os da marca DAF em diversas localidades daquele pa\u00eds, alcan\u00e7ando uma impressionante expans\u00e3o territorial at\u00e9 chegar a total de 16 concess\u00f5es e reparadores da marca, localizadas em 4 importantes regi\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas: Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes e Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d’Azur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00e1 o grupo CGA \u00e9 um distribuidor autom\u00f3vel h\u00e1 30 anos, sendo considerado o principal distribuidor da Toyota e da Lexus em Fran\u00e7a. Este grupo representa 15 marcas atrav\u00e9s de 128 concession\u00e1rios em 20 departamentos de Fran\u00e7a, incluindo o Grande Oeste, Normandia, \u00cele-de-France, Leste, C\u00f3rsega e B\u00e9lgica, com 6 concession\u00e1rios Toyota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A GCA opera ainda 3 centros de ve\u00edculos usados, 11 oficinas de bate-chapa e pintura, 4 lojas de pe\u00e7as e um centro de atendimento em Rennes. Em 2025, o Grupo GCA vendeu 35.699 ve\u00edculos novos e 31.218 ve\u00edculos usados. Atualmente \u00e9 o principal distribuidor de ve\u00edculos h\u00edbridos em Fran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
