O projeto, o mais ambicioso dos realizados at\u00e9 agora pelo distribuidor granadino, ser\u00e1 implantado num terreno de 28.000 m2 na zona industrial de Villanlonqu\u00e9jar, em Burgos. Este ser\u00e1 composto por mais de 20.000 metros quadrados de armaz\u00e9m, ser\u00e1 equipado com as mais recentes tecnologias de armazenamento e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e ter\u00e1 a capacidade para mais de 450.000 pneus multissegmentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonio Ma\u00f1as, presidente da empresa, afirma que &#8220;depois da abertura das nossas instala\u00e7\u00f5es em Getafe, j\u00e1 h\u00e1 5 anos, a empresa deu continuidade ao seu plano de expans\u00e3o internacional com fortes investimentos em Portugal, onde abrimos um novo armaz\u00e9m em 2021, e no Brasil, onde neste \u00faltimo ano expandimos as nossas localiza\u00e7\u00f5es, contando atualmente com 11 centros log\u00edsticos.\u201d Acrescenta que \u201credobramos a nossa aposta no mercado da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de pneus e o novo armaz\u00e9m de Burgos posiciona-nos geograficamente, ao n\u00edvel do servi\u00e7o e ao n\u00edvel da disponibilidade e proximidade com os nossos clientes, como a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este novo macroprojeto junta-se aos centros log\u00edsticos existentes em Espanha (Granada, Getafe, Barcelona e Santiago de Compostela) e, juntamente com o armaz\u00e9m de Lisboa, acrescenta uma \u00e1rea total de armazenagem superior a 45.000 metros quadrados e um volume total de stock dispon\u00edvel de mais de 750.000 pneus em todos os segmentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto ser\u00e1 realizado em duas fases e as obras come\u00e7ar\u00e3o nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas com o primeiro m\u00f3dulo de 10.000 metros quadrados a 16 metros de altura e 12 cais de carga, que estar\u00e1 totalmente operacional no primeiro trimestre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paco Garc\u00eda, diretor geral da distribuidora, conclui que &#8220;o modelo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da Tiresur, com o desenvolvimento de suas marcas exclusivas, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante de seu portf\u00f3lio, o desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico e o compromisso de oferecer um servi\u00e7o excecional ao cliente sempre foram os nossos marcos de identidade e revelaram-se como um modelo de sucesso no mercado.
