Este fabricante foi distinguido com o&nbsp;<strong>Pr\u00e9mio Fleet &amp; Service Automotive<\/strong>&nbsp;na categoria Trailer de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eduardo Gaspar, diretor da Revista Automotive foi conhecer a f\u00e1brica da K\u00f6gel na cidade de Burtenbach, no cora\u00e7\u00e3o da Baviera Alem\u00e3. Recebido por&nbsp;<strong>Denis Munir<\/strong>,&nbsp;<em>head of business<\/em>&nbsp;em Portugal e por&nbsp;<strong>Maximilian<\/strong>Franz, diretor de marketing, rela\u00e7\u00f5es-p\u00fablicas e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da K\u00f6gel (foto acima).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A visita \u00e0 f\u00e1brica, principia pelos escrit\u00f3rios onde toda a produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 planeada, estruturada e testada com os mais avan\u00e7ados programas inform\u00e1ticos. Passando depois \u00e0 planta produtiva, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do semirreboque come\u00e7a com a chegada do chassis, que \u00e9 feito numa f\u00e1brica na Rep\u00fablica Checa, na cidade de Chocen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3831.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3831.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3831-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3831-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3831-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A primeira fase \u00e9 composta pelo jato de areia. Todos os chassis entram numa c\u00e2mara onde s\u00e3o submetidos a um jato de areia sob alta press\u00e3o, para eliminar impurezas dos metais, bem como para alisar algumas arestas que possam existir das soldagens. Em seguida, os chassis s\u00e3o transportados para o&nbsp;<strong>banho de tinta cat\u00f3dica<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui, s\u00e3o mergulhados em 5 cubas diferentes, cada uma com a sua qu\u00edmica espec\u00edfica. Uma corrente el\u00e9trica de 1800 amperes \u00e9 aplicada ao chassis, onde os pigmentos da tinta e os agentes anticorrosivos aderem \u00e0 estrutura, numa temperatura de 165 graus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3847.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3847.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3847-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3847-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3847-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Made in Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s arrefecimento, os chassis s\u00e3o pintados com uma pintura electroest\u00e1tica, com a cor de acordo com as prefer\u00eancias dos clientes. A secagem \u00e9 feita numa estufa de pintura a 75 graus de temperatura. Depois de secos, os chassis passam para outra \u00e1rea na f\u00e1brica, onde se come\u00e7am as montagens dos componentes principais: eixos e suspens\u00f5es, de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos clientes, bem como as unidades eletr\u00f3nicas de controlo e respetivas cablagens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3868-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3868-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3868-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3868-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3868-1-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De referir, que em todas as fases de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 um controlo rigoroso de qualidade, onde s\u00e3o retiradas constantemente amostras para an\u00e1lise, ou onde os componentes s\u00e3o testados individualmente quer tenham sido j\u00e1 montados ou n\u00e3o. \u00c9 aqui onde vemos o expoente m\u00e1ximo do \u201cMade in Germany\u201d a ser aplicado. Como diz o ditado alem\u00e3o: confiar \u00e9 bom, mas controlar \u00e9 bem melhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3864.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3864.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3864-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3864-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3864-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A produ\u00e7\u00e3o prossegue com a montagem dos componentes acess\u00f3rios, tais como o sistema de ar comprimido, as luzes, os para-choques, entre outros. \u00c9 feito o alinhamento dos eixos e afina\u00e7\u00f5es de todos os componentes, para que nada falhe durante a vida \u00fatil do semirreboque. Para finalizar esta fase, s\u00e3o montadas as rodas. Este, tamb\u00e9m configur\u00e1vel pelos clientes, \u00e9 fixo ao chassis atrav\u00e9s de um robot de grande precis\u00e3o. Depois manualmente, fazem-se os enchimentos dos pormenores com silicones de alta resist\u00eancia. Em seguida, os chassis s\u00e3o divididos por sec\u00e7\u00e3o: os que se tornar\u00e3o semirreboques de lona para seguem para um lado, j\u00e1 os frigor\u00edficos para um outro.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3901-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3901-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3901-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3901-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3901-1-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na sec\u00e7\u00e3o de lonas, s\u00e3o montados os pilares e, logo a seguir, toda a estrutura que vai suportar as lonas de acordo com as especificidades dos clientes (tetos de elevar hidr\u00e1ulicos ou manuais, entre outros). O frontal e as portas do semirreboque s\u00e3o pintados \u00e0 cor dos clientes e, de seguida, montados no semirreboque. A fase final s\u00e3o os acabamentos est\u00e9ticos e um controlo exaustivo de todos os processos de cada semirreboque produzido. Destes, 80% s\u00e3o destinados \u00e0 exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo que a K\u00f6gel tem instala\u00e7\u00f5es em 9 pa\u00edses, inclusive em Portugal atrav\u00e9s da TTS (localizada em Mangualde).
