A Liebherr apresentou v\u00e1rias m\u00e1quinas novas sobre rodas, abarcando uma grande diversidade de solu\u00e7\u00f5es que v\u00e3o desde a constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, repara\u00e7\u00e3o de caminhos de ferro, at\u00e9 \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A come\u00e7ar pelas p\u00e1s-carregadoras, a marca alem\u00e3 apresentou os modelos L 504 Compact e L 508 Compact. A nova L 504 Compact \u00e9 a menor p\u00e1-carregadora de rodas da Liebherr. Ela incorpora as qualidades das m\u00e1quinas maiores, ao mesmo tempo em que representa uma excelente rela\u00e7\u00e3o custo-benef\u00edcio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adicionalmente, o novo modelo L 546 representa as p\u00e1s-carregadoras de rodas de m\u00e9dio porte da marca. Todas estas novas m\u00e1quinas est\u00e3o equipadas com v\u00e1rios sistemas de assist\u00eancia inteligentes, como o redesenhado sistema de c\u00e2maras Skyview e a dete\u00e7\u00e3o ativa de pessoas com assist\u00eancia de travagem. Outras p\u00e1s-carregadoras de rodas, como a L 509 Tele ou a L 586 XPower, completam a gama da Liebherr, com destaque para um prot\u00f3tipo de p\u00e1-carregadora com rodas 100 el\u00e9trica: o modelo 507e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Escavadoras de rodas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Liebherr deu a conhecer uma nova escavadora de rodas A 922 Rail Litronic, que incorpora pela primeira vez o acionamento hidrost\u00e1tico e o novo sistema de engate r\u00e1pido LIKUFIX. Com um peso operacional de cerca de 23.000 kg, atende aos requisitos Euro 5 e est\u00e1 vocacionada para o alto desempenho. Com o motor de 120 kW \/ 163CV e o sistema hidr\u00e1ulico perfeitamente combinado, a m\u00e1quina atinge altas velocidades de trabalho com os movimentos fluidos habituais dos implementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O novo sistema hidr\u00e1ulico consiste numa bomba dupla vari\u00e1vel com um volume de 2×220 l\/min e circuitos de controle independentes. Desta forma, implementos hidr\u00e1ulicos de alto desempenho podem ser operados independentemente dos movimentos de trabalho e deslocamento da m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Novos dumpers articulados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O novo dumper articulado TA 230 Litronic foi desenvolvido para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es off-road dif\u00edceis e, portanto, para o transporte de materiais escavados e para a ind\u00fastria de minera\u00e7\u00e3o. Com um peso operacional de 24.600 kg, o motor do dumper de 6 cilindros com 12 litros, debita 265 kW \/ 360CV em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com o sistema de p\u00f3s-tratamento dos gases Euro 5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O TA 230 Litronic transporta at\u00e9 28.000 kg de material no seu basculante. O volume da carga pode ainda ser aumentado com a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma porta traseira. Isso tamb\u00e9m garante que nenhum material seja desperdi\u00e7ado durante a viagem. Uma grande vantagem do TA 230 \u00e9 mostrada nas frequentes mudan\u00e7as de canteiro de obras: com pneus largos, tampa traseira e espelhos laterais que podem ser rebatidos sem a necessidade de ferramentas, o TA 230 tem uma largura total de menos de 3 metros e, portanto, pode ser transportado rapidamente e sem qualquer licen\u00e7a especial dispendiosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
