A empresa come\u00e7ou com dois funcion\u00e1rios, sendo que agora j\u00e1 contam com 18 profissionais, entre dire\u00e7\u00e3o, respons\u00e1vel atelier, relojoeiros, polidores, administrativos, log\u00edstica e inclusive atendimento ao p\u00fablico\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"548\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2678\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/024.jpg 548w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/024-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 548px) 100vw, 548px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es localizadas na avenida Almirante Reis em Lisboa, a empresa aplica o conhecimento adquirido pelos seus profissionais, com base nas certifica\u00e7\u00f5es atribu\u00eddas pelas mais prestigiadas marcas su\u00ed\u00e7as de rel\u00f3gios, em todos os rel\u00f3gios que enviados pelas lojas ou nos rel\u00f3gios entregues diretamente pelos seus clientes particulares, independentemente da marca ou da tipologia (mec\u00e2nico ou de quartzo).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Olivier D\u00e9praz \u201cno total, s\u00e3o reparados cerca de 3.500 rel\u00f3gios por ano \u2013 uma impressionante m\u00e9dia de cerca de 300 rel\u00f3gios por m\u00eas. A AutoQuartzo tem a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial das marcas Rolex, Bell &amp; Ross, Cartier, Chopard, Cvstos, Franck Muller, Girard-Perregaux, Graham, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Junghans, Oris, Panerai, Raymond Weil, TAG Heuer, Tudor e Versace. Com um dado muito importante: todos estes rel\u00f3gios reparados pela AutoQuartzo, t\u00eam garantia internacional de dois anos\u201d, salientou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"698\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/031.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2679\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/031.jpg 698w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/031-300x287.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trabalho completo e complexo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por sua vez,&nbsp;<strong>Jair Delgado<\/strong>,&nbsp;<em>Workshop Manager<\/em>&nbsp;da AutoQuartzo (foto acima, com Eduardo Gaspar, diretor da Revista Automotive), proporcionou-nos uma viagem detalhada por todos os processos que comp\u00f5em a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e repara\u00e7\u00e3o dos rel\u00f3gios. Aqui, s\u00e3o muitas as semelhan\u00e7as com uma empresa de repara\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00f3vel, mas com um n\u00edvel de precis\u00e3o nunca antes visto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os rel\u00f3gios necessitam de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, depois de um certo tempo. A frequ\u00eancia da revis\u00e3o depende dos modelos e dos mecanismos, das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de uso e tamb\u00e9m do clima a que est\u00e3o sujeitos ou s\u00e3o utilizados. Regra geral, um rel\u00f3gio necessita de um servi\u00e7o completo, entre os 3 a 6 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na oficina da AutoQuartzo assistimos a um processo completo de revis\u00e3o de um rel\u00f3gio mec\u00e2nico. Este, come\u00e7a com o relojoeiro a abrir o rel\u00f3gio, desmontar completamente a caixa (luneta, vidro, coroa, bot\u00f5es de cron\u00f3grafo ou outros), com limpeza de todos os componentes da caixa e da bracelete (se for met\u00e1lica), utilizando uma m\u00e1quina de ultrassons. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m realizado o polimento por um profissional especializado nessa t\u00e9cnica: este realiza diversos tipos de polimento da caixa e da bracelete com m\u00e1quinas sofisticadas e com um&nbsp;<em>savoir-faire<\/em>&nbsp;de excel\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida, o movimento do rel\u00f3gio (o seu \u201cmotor\u201d) \u00e9 completamente desmontado e os componentes s\u00e3o todos lavados em m\u00e1quinas de ultrassons. O relojoeiro procede \u00e0 substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os componentes com desgaste, de acordo com os procedimentos estipulados por cada marca de rel\u00f3gio. Semelhante aos sistemas de diagn\u00f3sticos das marcas autom\u00f3veis, o relojoeiro tem constantemente aberto um sistema de diagrama das pe\u00e7as de cada marca, modelo e calibre referente ao equipamento que est\u00e1 a reparar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme seja necess\u00e1rio substituir as pe\u00e7as, o relojoeiro utiliza esse mesmo sistema inform\u00e1tico para solicitar as pe\u00e7as, que s\u00e3o retiradas de um stock pr\u00f3prio, com milhares de pe\u00e7as da AutoQuartzo, armazenadas na sala cont\u00edgua \u00e0 oficina, onde tamb\u00e9m se realiza a log\u00edstica das pe\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de reparado, o relojoeiro volta a montar o movimento e procede \u00e0 sua lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o (que \u00e9 microsc\u00f3pica). O movimento \u00e9 regulado e testado durante v\u00e1rios dias, at\u00e9 ficar dentro dos par\u00e2metros de qualidade estipulados pela marca.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"353\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20230223_171814-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20230223_171814-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20230223_171814-1-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20230223_171814-1-120x86.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seguida, o relojoeiro volta a montar a caixa, com substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os vedantes e efetua a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o ou colagem do vidro. Depois, realizam-se os testes de estanqueidade, consoante as caracter\u00edsticas do rel\u00f3gio. O processo finaliza-se com o relojoeiro a montar a bracelete\/correia e a realizar um \u00faltimo controlo est\u00e9tico ao rel\u00f3gio, para depois ser entregue ao cliente praticamente como novo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chegando ao final da nossa visita, fomos convidados a desmontar e montar um movimento de um rel\u00f3gio mec\u00e2nico, onde pudemos experimentar um pouco o complexo trabalho de um relojoeiro.
