No caso dos novos cami\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos eActros, o sistema escolhido \u00e9 do tipo \u201ce-axle\u201d, uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o compacta que aciona diretamente o eixo do ve\u00edculo, que integra, nesta mesma unidade, o motor el\u00e9trico, a eletr\u00f3nica de pot\u00eancia e a transmiss\u00e3o .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/filtro-de-aceite-MANN-FILTER-para-vehiculos-comerciales-electricos_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13580\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desafio tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como todos os componentes da transmiss\u00e3o est\u00e3o integrados no eixo, um \u00fanico circuito de \u00f3leo \u00e9 suficiente para cumprir as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, essa vantagem apresenta um desafio, pois como o \u00f3leo est\u00e1 em contato direto com os componentes mec\u00e2nicos e eletr\u00f3nicos, part\u00edculas met\u00e1licas e aparas da transmiss\u00e3o podem acabar no motor el\u00e9trico e causar danos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, para o bom funcionamento do e-axle, essas part\u00edculas devem ser removidas do sistema de forma eficiente, r\u00e1pida e permanente. Como em muitas transmiss\u00f5es convencionais, o foco est\u00e1 na separa\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas e, portanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um filtro adequado e evolu\u00eddo tecnologicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para atender a esses novos requisitos de mobilidade el\u00e9trica, a Mann-Filter desenvolveu uma nova linha de filtros de \u00f3leo de transmiss\u00e3o para proporcionar uma refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e uma lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o perfeitas, do eixo el\u00e9trico. Outra vantagem adicional \u00e9 a maior resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica, permitindo longos per\u00edodos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante do
