Al\u00e9m disso, os participantes classificaram o evento com 8,7 pontos, numa escala at\u00e9 10 valores, com base na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o que envi\u00e1mos no dia seguinte ao evento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muito provavelmente, os temas abordados foram, em grande parte, respons\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bpor t\u00e3o excelentes resultados. Demos voz \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e coloc\u00e1mos em cena as quest\u00f5es que mais preocupam o setor hoje: rentabilidade, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em termos de margens, custos e despesas, mas tamb\u00e9m em como transferir tudo isso para o mercado; processos, digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, stock, log\u00edstica e ainda, fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O congresso da ANCERA \u00e9 historicamente um ponto de encontro da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e demais agentes do setor, tais como a imprensa; as demais associa\u00e7\u00f5es, os fornecedores e agentes comerciais, entre outros. \u00c9 por isso que o consideramos o cen\u00e1rio perfeito para discutir todas essas quest\u00f5es. Aqueles que o pr\u00f3prio setor repassa para n\u00f3s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em suma, nesta 35\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o procur\u00e1mos encaixar as pe\u00e7as do puzzle das pe\u00e7as sobressalentes, demonstrando que a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os elos da cadeia do p\u00f3s-venda, bem como os seus pontos de uni\u00e3o, s\u00e3o fundamentais para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso projeto de futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 estamos a trabalhar na pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o. O neg\u00f3cio de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o vai al\u00e9m da mera venda de pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Somos uma rede log\u00edstica num mercado maduro, pelo que \u00e9 l\u00f3gico falar de um mercado consolidado. A concentra\u00e7\u00e3o nos acompanha h\u00e1 muito tempo, desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos grupos de compras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A uni\u00e3o gera maior for\u00e7a empresarial. Por\u00e9m, temos de analisar se a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e1 ocorrendo gera mudan\u00e7as significativas no setor e na gest\u00e3o dos neg\u00f3cios. A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 muito fragmentada. Nenhuma operadora tem uma taxa muito alta, trata-se de um processo que vai progredindo aos poucos. Al\u00e9m disso, se juntarmos a esta atomiza\u00e7\u00e3o as nossas idiossincrasias com o tipo de neg\u00f3cio e o n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o exigido pelas oficinas, continuamos a ter barreiras \u00e0 entrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Impacto dos grupos de compras na lucratividade dos distribuidores independentes&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os grupos de compras s\u00e3o um modelo de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, enfim, de uni\u00e3o. E estar unido fortalece, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favidas. Ajuda as nossas empresas a serem mais competitivas, a terem mais voz, a irem mais longe. Algo que se reflete tamb\u00e9m na pr\u00f3pria rentabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Como a ANCERA est\u00e1 a orientar os empres\u00e1rios para melhorar a competitividade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primeiro, promover e defender a competitividade do setor perante institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e privadas. Al\u00e9m disso, na ANCERA desenvolvemos servi\u00e7os de valor agregado pensando diretamente no associado. Para ajud\u00e1-los a tomar melhores decis\u00f5es. Oferecer-lhes meios que os ajudem a gerir as suas empresas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por exemplo, relat\u00f3rios de matr\u00edculas ou frota circulante, estudos setoriais, convers\u00e3o de quadro de matr\u00edculas, subs\u00eddios e concursos, mapa de parceiros para promover a sua visibilidade, clube de benef\u00edcios, r\u00f3tulos ambientais, forma\u00e7\u00e3o, bolsa de emprego&#8230; E todos os anos surgem novos, entre muitos outros servi\u00e7os que implementamos para o&nbsp;<em>trade-in<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"889\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230608_113559.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230608_113559.jpg 889w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230608_113559-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230608_113559-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230608_113559-750x563.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 889px) 100vw, 889px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O aumento das importa\u00e7\u00f5es de carros usados \u200b\u200bpoder\u00e1 levar a um maior consumo de pe\u00e7as ou \u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>um fen\u00f3meno tempor\u00e1rio?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos um parque cada vez mais envelhecido, que costuma gerar menos rentabilidade para o p\u00f3s-venda porque costuma percorrer menos quil\u00f3metros, \u00e9 a mat\u00e9ria-prima para o p\u00f3s-venda independente em 3 ou 4 anos e o utilizador n\u00e3o investe na sua viatura. Por\u00e9m, apesar das baixas matr\u00edculas nos \u00faltimos anos, a quilometragem n\u00e3o diminuiu muito, o que tem favorecido o mercado de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Tivemos um m\u00eas passado muito positivo nas matr\u00edculas, por isso pode ser um bom sinal da sua recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mercado da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o em Portugal dever\u00e1 temer a fus\u00e3o com empresas espanholas, ou pelo contr\u00e1rio, este \u00e9 um processo proveitoso para ambos os mercados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 falamos ao longo desta entrevista sobre um conceito que, como presidente da ANCERA, defendo com fervor: a uni\u00e3o gera maior for\u00e7a empresarial. Essa uni\u00e3o, no entanto, deve ser a mais ajustada poss\u00edvel e, naturalmente, produtiva para todas as partes envolvidas. Explorar sinergias e combinar estruturas, nunca \u00e9 f\u00e1cil.
