A Kobelco Construction Machinery Europe B.V. (KCME), anunciou a expans\u00e3o das suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es europeias com a mudan\u00e7a da sua sede de Almere (Holanda) para novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es Lelystad, tamb\u00e9m na Holanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando a Kobelco regressou \u00e0 Europa em 2013, a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da sua sede e armaz\u00e9m de pe\u00e7as em Almere, nos Pa\u00edses Baixos, estava idealmente situada para prestar servi\u00e7o aos seus concession\u00e1rios europeus. Nos \u00faltimos 10 anos, a KCME assistiu a um crescimento <\/a>sustentado das suas vendas na Europa, juntamente com a sua rede de concession\u00e1rios e agora prepara-se para expandir as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es para uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o muito maior e constru\u00edda de raiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A \u00e1rea constru\u00edda ir\u00e1 totalizar os 17.500m2, situando-se pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 autoestrada A6. Ser\u00e1 composta por tr\u00eas edif\u00edcios principais, incluindo instala\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento, escrit\u00f3rios em tr\u00eas pisos, instala\u00e7\u00f5es de treino totalmente equipadas, oficina, pesquisa e desenvolvimento de produtos, engenharia e uma sala de exposi\u00e7\u00f5es. Nos 30 mil m2 de terreno que comp\u00f5em a nova sede, haver\u00e1 um campo de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o onde os visitantes poder\u00e3o experimentar as m\u00e1quinas <\/a>da gama Kobelco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nova sede da KCME, que se espera estar conclu\u00edda em 2025, est\u00e1 a ser constru\u00edda de forma sustent\u00e1vel – todo o trabalho de constru\u00e7\u00e3o <\/a>est\u00e1 a ser realizado com aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial a materiais, processos e t\u00e9cnicas de poupan\u00e7a de energia. O edif\u00edcio, energeticamente neutro, tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e1 rodeado por um paisagismo adequado e instala\u00e7\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas. Este an\u00fancio da expans\u00e3o foi feito nas celebra\u00e7\u00f5es do 10\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio da KCME, que recentemente tiveram lugar em Amesterd\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
