Nasce nos anos 60, fruto da iniciativa de um grupo de empres\u00e1rios com larga experi\u00eancia no setor autom\u00f3vel, inicialmente a comercializar as marcas Fiat, Styer e Fuso, e a realizar a repara\u00e7\u00e3o de cami\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consta que a origem do <strong>nome UNIVEX <\/strong>resulta da abreviatura do slogan \u201cUnidos Venceremos!&#8221;. Com o passar dos anos, chegou a ser considerada uma das maiores empresas no seu ramo a n\u00edvel nacional e, na d\u00e9cada de 80, passa a representar a Mitsubishi Auto como sua distribuidora oficial para Portugal. Em 2015, entra no universo das empresas do Grupo Astara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoje, a Univex comercializa e presta assist\u00eancia oficial as marcas Mitsubish, <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2024\/01\/14\/joao-seabra-vence-premio-carreira-2023\/\">Kia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/12\/19\/suzuki-com-gama-e-rede-prontas-para-abordar-frotas\/\">Suzuki<\/a>, Aiways, Maxus, Piaggio Comercial, Fuso e Isuzu. Segundo <strong>Pedro Louren\u00e7o<\/strong>, diretor geral da empresa \u201calcan\u00e7\u00e1mos um bom resultado em 2023, em linha com o crescimento das principais marcas que comercializ\u00e1mos, com forte contributo da marca KIA, visto que disp\u00f5e de uma gama alargada e diversificada.
