Distinguida com o Pr\u00e9mio \u201cMade in Portugal\u201d<\/strong> pela Revista Automotive, a f\u00e1brica Stellantis em Mangualde \u00e9 um exemplo nacional de resili\u00eancia e constante adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao mundo dos ve\u00edculos comerciais ligeiros (VCL). Recentemente, a f\u00e1brica anunciou que tamb\u00e9m ir\u00e1 produzir VCL 100% el\u00e9tricos das marcas do Grupo, j\u00e1 a partir deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unidade de Mangualde, cujo volume de produ\u00e7\u00e3o alcan\u00e7ado em 2023 foi o maior de sempre, acima dos 84 mil ve\u00edculos produzidos, tornou-se um dos pilares para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia de eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o da gama de ve\u00edculos comerciais ligeiros a bateria, anteriormente definida pela Stellantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste ano de 2024, a unidade de Mangualde iniciar\u00e1 a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em grande escala das suas vers\u00f5es totalmente el\u00e9tricas, sobretudo, os modelos Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-Berlingo Van \/\u00eb-Berlingo, FIAT Professional e-Dobl\u00f2\/FIAT e-Dobl\u00f2, Opel Combo Cargo Electric e Combo Electric e ainda os Peugeot E-Partner\/E-Rifter. Segundo a empresa, as quantidades produzidas ir\u00e3o depender da resposta do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversamos com Sofia Canez<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Stellantis Mangualde, que nos conta como esta unidade fabril se organizou para produzir VCL el\u00e9tricos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA produ\u00e7\u00e3o de VCL el\u00e9tricos s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as \u00e0 transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o em curso na f\u00e1brica, com novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es (tanto na \u00e1rea de montagem como na de ferragem), a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova linha de montagem de baterias e a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea industrial, num investimento de 30 milh\u00f5es de euros. Para al\u00e9m disso, os colaboradores est\u00e3o a receber forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada, para desenvolver novas compet\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas e aplic\u00e1-las na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo produto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta etapa revela a import\u00e2ncia da f\u00e1brica de Mangualde no grupo Stellantis para ser escolhida para produzir VCL el\u00e9tricos. A respons\u00e1vel afirma que \u201cesta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em linha com o plano \u201cDare Forward 2030<\/a>\u201d da Stellantis e as suas metas ambiciosas para 2030, de 100% das vendas na Europa serem de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos. Mangualde \u00e9 uma f\u00e1brica reconhecida como uma das melhores a n\u00edvel mundial na Stellantis, pela sua performance e qualidade\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A f\u00e1brica conseguiu antecipar para 2024 o in\u00edcio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos VCL el\u00e9tricos, sendo que o an\u00fancio inicial era iniciar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o apenas em 2025. Sofia Canez refere-nos que \u201ca unidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Mangualde tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 reconhecida pela sua inova\u00e7\u00e3o e capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.
