No stand da Caterpillar <\/a>no Sal\u00e3o Intermat 2024, foram apresentadas diversas m\u00e1quinas, mas a que mais curiosidade despertou foi a solu\u00e7\u00e3o retrofit dos motores a diesel para hidrog\u00e9nio (combust\u00e3o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projetados para motores de cami\u00f5es e de m\u00e1quinas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa francesa Retrofit Hydrog\u00e8ne (RH2), est\u00e1 a trabalhar na convers\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos pesados para hidrog\u00e9nio, atrav\u00e9s de uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco t\u00e9rmico original. Esta abordagem tornar\u00e1 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o do hidrog\u00e9nio mais acess\u00edvel e abrangente. Foi isso que explicaram aos visitantes, David Mourre e Jacques Bouvy, os respons\u00e1veis da RH2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como funciona?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De forma sucinta, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvida pela RH2 baseia-se em inje\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de hidrog\u00e9nio e \u00e1gua vaporizada na cabe\u00e7a do cilindro. Foi realizado um estudo termodin\u00e2mico extenso em motores Caterpillar <\/a>para encontrar os melhores cen\u00e1rios, mantendo a mec\u00e2nica original, incluindo camisas e pist\u00f5es. O resultado \u00e9 um retrofit com custo controlado atrav\u00e9s de um kit de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Monnoyeur Group, representante da Caterpillar em Fran\u00e7a, criou uma empresa denominada Eneria, para desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es de propuls\u00e3o alternativas ao diesel, e dever\u00e1 comercializar ainda este ano o kit da RH2 para motores Caterpillar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
