Para proteger a empresa da fal\u00eancia, a Varta quer utilizar a nova Lei de Estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o Corporativa Alem\u00e3 (StaRUG). Foi apresentado um pedido correspondente, mas ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 claro como ser\u00e1 exatamente a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o. Est\u00e3o em causa 4200 postos de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo os analistas, uma coisa \u00e9 certa: com o StaRUG, a Varta ser\u00e1 retirada da bolsa e os acionistas n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o direito a nenhuma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso aconte\u00e7a, ser\u00e1 uma expropria\u00e7\u00e3o virtual de dezenas de milhares de pequenos investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o dos carros el\u00e9tricos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2021, quando ainda havia muito entusiasmo (leia-se especula\u00e7\u00e3o) sobre o potencial dos carros el\u00e9tricos na Europa e no armazenamento de energia em baterias, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Varta chegaram a um m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico de <strong>quase 200 euros.<\/strong> Agora, valem cerca de 2 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin Weber, investigador financeiro da Universidade de Mannheim, referiu ao <em>Spiegel <\/em>que \u201ca investiga\u00e7\u00e3o mostra que os pequenos investidores geralmente t\u00eam perdas quando investem em modas e este \u00e9 mais um caso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7116\" style=\"width:682px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3-1140x760.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/varta-3.jpg 1944w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cerca de 12 meses para evitar a fal\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A d\u00edvida conhecida da Varta \u00e9 de quase 500 milh\u00f5es de euros e dever\u00e1 ter uma r\u00e1pida inje\u00e7\u00e3o de capital de quase 100 milh\u00f5es de euros para evitar a fal\u00eancia em 12 meses, segundo o novo CEO Michael Ostermann, que foi contratado como gestor de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da Varta AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 Lei de Estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o Corporativa da Alemanha (StaRUG) poder\u00e1 evitar-se que uma empresa operacionalmente vi\u00e1vel caia na insolv\u00eancia. A Leoni, fornecedora de autom\u00f3veis de Nuremberga, reestruturou-se desta forma no ano passado. Tamb\u00e9m a\u00ed os acionistas perderam tudo, o que foi recebido com fortes cr\u00edticas por parte dos defensores dos investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As consequ\u00eancias para os accionistas poder\u00e3o ser dram\u00e1ticas, e o potencial de conflito \u00e9 enorme.
