Al\u00e9m da visita, foram realizados diversos workshops dos novos produtos, e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es dos diretores da empresa:&nbsp; Boris Billich, CSO; Andreas Schmitz, CEO; e Marnix Lannoije, CTO (na foto acima, da esq. para a dir.). No total, foram mais de 8 horas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A f\u00e1brica de semirreboques frigor\u00edficos e isot\u00e9rmicos impressiona. Pelas dimens\u00f5es e pela automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos produtivos. Est\u00e1 equiparada a uma f\u00e1brica de autom\u00f3veis ligeiros, por exemplo do grupo Volkswagen, pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho, do fluxo das pe\u00e7as, dos processos, do rigor e da sua qualidade produtiva. Apesar da produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa, e do ritmo produtivo acelerado, os quase 2.000 funcion\u00e1rios da f\u00e1brica garantem a tecnicidade e t\u00eam os necess\u00e1rios conhecimentos para realizarem personaliza\u00e7\u00f5es aos semirreboques, segundo as diferentes necessidades dos clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Equipamentos de frio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por sua vez, a f\u00e1brica de equipamentos de frio, fundada em 2012 em Vreden, s\u00e3o tr\u00eas as tipologias de unidades montadas: a S.CUd80, um modelo de entrada de gama transversal; a S.CU V2.0, um modelo mais premium, com maior capacidade e versatilidade de multi temperatura; e a S.CU eP85, um modelo 100% el\u00e9trico, multi temperatura vocacionado para a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o com zero emiss\u00f5es. Neste ano de 2024 alcan\u00e7aram um marco importante: 20% dos semirreboques frigor\u00edficos Schmitz Cargobull j\u00e1 s\u00e3o entregues com equipamentos de frio pr\u00f3prios.
