A fabricante espanhola de autocarros Sunsundegui, apresentou o seu processo de insolv\u00eancia. Segundo o Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Registro Mercantil,<\/em> os acionistas da Sunsundegui foram convocados a 20 de setembro para a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedad<\/a>e, que tem sede em Alsasua, Navarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este desfecho da Sunsundegui n\u00e3o surpreende, pois h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios anos que a empresa tem vindo a diminuir o desenvolvimento de novos autocarros<\/a>, tem dado pouco suporte \u00e0 sua presen\u00e7a comercial em Portugal<\/a> e Espanha, e as a\u00e7\u00f5es para expandir as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam sido escassas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal como muitos carro\u00e7adores de autocarros, o foco recente da Sunsundegui t\u00eam sido os neg\u00f3cios p\u00fablicos, camar\u00e1rios e estatais (alguns com contornos duvidosos), aproveitando que as vendas de autocarros de turismo<\/a> estavam facilitadas devido ao crescimento exponencial desse segmento na Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O comodismo empresarial aliado a uma gest\u00e3o subs\u00eddio-dependente \u00e9 o legado mais evidente que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa deixa, depois de 80 anos de atividades no setor, marcados por grandes interven\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fizeram hist\u00f3ria por terem tido a maior interven\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo de Navarra para salvar uma empresa: 27 milh\u00f5es de euros em 2009 quando estavam em pr\u00e9-fal\u00eancia. Na hist\u00f3ria recente, contam com 7,4 milh\u00f5es de euros concedidos pelo governo em 2023, mas agora em 2024 tudo indica que o Governo da regi\u00e3o n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 injetar mais dinheiro na Sunsundegui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Volvo Bus, que encerrou as suas f\u00e1bricas de autocarros <\/a>e atribuiu \u00e0 Sunsundegui a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos modelos 9700 e 9900, entretanto anulou esta decis\u00e3o, ficando assim a Sunsundegui sem um plano de neg\u00f3cios vi\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A d\u00edvida da empresa ascende a 48,8 milh\u00f5es de euros: 8,9 milh\u00f5es a fornecedores e 39,9 milh\u00f5es em d\u00edvidas financeiras. A empresa iniciou o processo de fal\u00eancia, tendo ainda uma esperan\u00e7a de renegociar a sua d\u00edvida caso o Governo de Navarra d\u00ea suporte.
