Estes, equipados com motores EcoDiesel V-6 de segunda gera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram manipulados em termos de emiss\u00f5es, segundo apurou a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O acordo (que ainda aguarda aprova\u00e7\u00e3o final pelo Tribunal Federal dos EUA), inclui a<strong> confiss\u00e3o de culpa<\/strong> por parte da FCA US, bem como uma multa de US$ 96,1 milh\u00f5es e a perda de US$ 203,6 milh\u00f5es em ganhos, decorrentes desta conduta fraudulenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Stellantis, referiu em comunicado que j\u00e1 havia acumulado em 2021 esses <strong>266 milh\u00f5es de euros <\/strong>para pagar o acordo. Recorde-se que <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/08\/09\/jeep-eletrifica-a-gama-e-ganha-terreno\/\">FCA <\/a>fundiu-se em 2021 com o grupo PSA (Peugeot-Citroen-<a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/06\/16\/opel-vivaro-e-pioneiro-nos-comerciais-eletricos\/\">Opel<\/a>) para formar o Grupo Stellantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No comunicado oficial, a Stellantis revelou que as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos consumidores relacionadas com os milhares de ve\u00edculos em quest\u00e3o, j\u00e1 foram resolvidas, n\u00e3o sendo necess\u00e1rio realizar <em>recalls<\/em> adicionais dos modelos envolvidos. Este acordo ocorre cinco anos depois que a Volkswagen (VW) declarou-se tamb\u00e9m culpada nos EUA num processo que ficou conhecido como &#8220;Dieselgate&#8221;.
