Desde 2017, a empresa desenvolve dispositivos relacionados com a filtragem para o uso de hidrog\u00e9nio em c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel. Esta pesquisa resultou, em 2023, na cria\u00e7\u00e3o da NewCo UFI Hydrogen, uma empresa italiana do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufifilters.com\/\">Grupo <\/a>UFI focada na cadeia de valor do hidrog\u00e9nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00f5es de hidrog\u00e9nio<\/strong><br>A UFI Hydrogen concentra-se na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento e industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o de membranas revestidas com catalisadores (MEA &#8211; Membrane Electrode Assemblies), fundamentais para eletr\u00f3lise de membranas de troca de prot\u00f5es (PEM &#8211; Proton Exchange Membrane). Estas membranas s\u00e3o utilizadas na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00e9nio verde e na sua convers\u00e3o em eletricidade atrav\u00e9s de c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel, essenciais para mobilidade sem emiss\u00f5es locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a UFI, ela \u00e9 a \u00fanica empresa italiana a integrar o programa IPCEI Hy2Move, apoiado pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia com 1,4 mil milh\u00f5es de euros para promover a mobilidade baseada em hidrog\u00e9nio.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8763\" style=\"width:325px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-750x500.jpg 750w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1-1140x760.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_7727-1.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas diversificadas<\/strong><br>As membranas catalisadas da UFI Hydrogen t\u00eam aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em eletr\u00f3lise de \u00e1gua, convers\u00e3o de CO2 em e-fuel, compressores eletroqu\u00edmicos para armazenamento de hidrog\u00e9nio e em motores de combust\u00e3o interna movidos a hidrog\u00e9nio. O Grupo UFI tamb\u00e9m desenvolve sistemas de filtragem de ar e \u00f3leo, permutadores de calor e v\u00e1lvulas termost\u00e1ticas para ve\u00edculos movidos a hidrog\u00e9nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel, a UFI desenvolve componentes como o desionizador de l\u00edquido de arrefecimento e o filtro de ar de c\u00e1todo Super Absorber, que filtra part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas e gases contaminantes, garantindo a efici\u00eancia das c\u00e9lulas de combust\u00edvel. Esta tecnologia j\u00e1 equipa o Changan Deep Blue SL03, o primeiro carro com c\u00e9lula de combust\u00edvel a hidrog\u00e9nio fabricado na China em 2023, com uma autonomia m\u00e9dia de 730 km.<br>Al\u00e9m destas novas tecnologias, a UFI Filters pretende lan\u00e7ar em 2025 mais solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvidas ao longo de mais de 50 anos e disponibilizadas no mercado p\u00f3s-venda atrav\u00e9s das marcas UFI Filters e SOFIMA Filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ambi\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa para 2025 \u00e9 de organizar mais forma\u00e7\u00f5es conectadas aos laborat\u00f3rios da UFI em Nogarole Rocca (VR) e aos Centros de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o.
