\u201cNa Kobelco temos uma gama alargada para a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de terras, que vai desde a SK180 at\u00e9 \u00e0 SK380, que s\u00e3o indicadas para trabalhos de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de terrenos em cidades. Nas m\u00e1quinas convencionais, a gama a ser utilizada pode ser da SK180, SK210, SK216, SK300 ou at\u00e9 a SK350. Na gama das short-radius (m\u00e1quinas com a traseira curta) temos os modelos SK230, SK270 e at\u00e9 \u00e0 SK380. As nossas m\u00e1quinas s\u00e3o identificadas com a nomenclatura SK, que significa Shovel Kobelco (numa tradu\u00e7\u00e3o livre, \u201cP\u00e1 Kobelco\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Na movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de terras exige-se que uma m\u00e1quina tamb\u00e9m tenha uma boa conjuga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a for\u00e7a hidr\u00e1ulica e a precis\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, para garantir que o trabalho fica bem feito logo \u00e0 primeira. As nossas m\u00e1quinas conseguem um compromisso entre esses dois fatores, raz\u00e3o pela qual as empresas deste setor de atividades t\u00eam optado cada vez mais pelas nossas escavadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De recordar que a Kobelco produz exclusivamente escavadoras de rastos. Somos totalmente assim focados nesta tipologia de m\u00e1quinas, sem nos dispersarmos em outros modelos como p\u00e1s carregadoras, motoniveladoras, dumpers ou outras. A nossa filosofia \u00e9 ter foco e fazer bem o que sabemos fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao mercado ib\u00e9rico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No caso da regi\u00e3o ib\u00e9rica, h\u00e1 certas particularidades: comercializamos as escavadoras com rastos de 500 e 600mm. Em outros pa\u00edses da Europa, como a Holanda ou a B\u00e9lgica, os rastos s\u00e3o de 700 a 800mm. Nesses pa\u00edses, como o solo tem bastante \u00e1gua, \u00e9 preciso reduzir ao m\u00e1ximo a press\u00e3o no solo, para que a m\u00e1quina tenha o seu peso distribu\u00eddo numa superf\u00edcie maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se utilizarmos em Portugal uma m\u00e1quina com a configura\u00e7\u00e3o ajustada para a Holanda (com rastos de 800mm), como o solo \u00e9 mais seco, duro e pedregoso, o mais prov\u00e1vel de acontecer \u00e9 esses os rastos ficarem danificados e a m\u00e1quina perder\u00e1 a sua estabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outra caracter\u00edstica do mercado portugu\u00eas \u00e9 que este mercado tradicionalmente adquire m\u00e1quinas da Kobelco com a configura\u00e7\u00e3o super narrow<\/em>, ou seja, cuja largura n\u00e3o ultrapasse os 2,5 metros. Isto permite que a m\u00e1quina possa ser transportada por um cami\u00e3o porta m\u00e1quinas \u201cnormal\u201d, n\u00e3o sendo necess\u00e1rio ter um transporte especial e a burocracia associada a essa tipologia de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n

Versatilidade e conectividade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para al\u00e9m da movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de terras, h\u00e1 clientes que utilizam as escavadoras tamb\u00e9m para trabalhos em estradas asfaltadas. Nesses casos, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel equipar as nossas m\u00e1quinas de menor dimens\u00e3o com rastos de borracha, ou no caso das maiores, instalando borrachas nos rastos de metal, evitando assim de danificar os pisos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em termos de controles da m\u00e1quina por par\u00e2metros topogr\u00e1ficos e geogr\u00e1ficos, as m\u00e1quinas da Kobelco podem ser equipadas com essa tecnologia, sendo compat\u00edveis com sistemas da Trimble, da Leica ou da Topcon. Essa instala\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 sempre ser feita por especialistas, pois necessita de calibra\u00e7\u00f5es dos sistemas e das m\u00e1quinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste ano de 2025 creio que chegaremos \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a no segmento das 14 toneladas, com a SK140 quer seja com lan\u00e7a monobloco ou em duas partes. A lan\u00e7a em duas partes significa que a m\u00e1quina pode movimentar-se com maior articula\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive escavar mais pr\u00f3ximo da m\u00e1quina. Isto permite uma versatilidade que, em muitos casos, faz diferen\u00e7a na rapidez de execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos\u201d referiram Oliver Rasmont e R\u00faben Gomez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O K-Dive \u00e9 a plataforma avan\u00e7ada de opera\u00e7\u00e3o remota da Kobelco, que melhora a efici\u00eancia, seguran\u00e7a e conectividade do operador, permitindo que m\u00faltiplas escavadoras sejam operadas remotamente e a longa dist\u00e2ncia sem perda de precis\u00e3o. Esta tecnologia representa um avan\u00e7o significativo, proporcionando solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras para ambientes com maior risco e melhorando a produtividade geral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
