Lu\u00eds Machado, <\/strong>country manager da Stellantis & You Portugal<\/a>, em entrevista \u00e0 Automotive, apresentou os pontos relevantes da sua gest\u00e3o \u00e0 frente do neg\u00f3cio de retalho da marca na \u00e1rea metropolitana de Lisboa, sendo agora respons\u00e1vel m\u00e1ximo das concess\u00f5es localizadas na Amadora (antiga Motor Village), Carnaxide, Pa\u00e7o de Arcos, Sacav\u00e9m (sede do grupo em Portugal) e Set\u00fabal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cH\u00e1 algum tempo, estes concession\u00e1rios assumiram uma \u00fanica denomina\u00e7\u00e3o conhecida por Stellantis &You Portugal, e formam a rede de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria do Grupo Stellantis no nosso pa\u00eds que est\u00e3o agora sob a minha responsabilidade. Dentro deste alinhamento, tamb\u00e9m tenho responsabilidade pela placa de pe\u00e7as Distrigo, localizada em Fam\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Numa reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa gest\u00e3o, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades de vendas de ve\u00edculos novos e usados (atrav\u00e9s da Spoticar), bem como a \u00e1rea do p\u00f3s-venda das cinco concess\u00f5es aqui descritas, juntamente com a unidade Distrigo de Fam\u00f5es (venda de pe\u00e7as originais das marcas do Grupo Stellantis e de pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o multimarca), est\u00e3o agora sob uma mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somos a face mais vis\u00edvel do retalho autom\u00f3vel das marcas do grupo Stellantis e com um grande historial de vendas e servi\u00e7os de p\u00f3s-venda, na regi\u00e3o da grande Lisboa. Para movimentar a estrutura da Stellantis & You<\/a> em Portugal contamos com uma equipa multifuncional formada por mais de 400 profissionais que trabalham nas v\u00e1rias unidades sob a minha responsabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n

Crescer e diversificar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em termos de neg\u00f3cios, o nosso objetivo para este ano de 2025 ser\u00e1 crescer 10% no volume de vendas das pe\u00e7as, com um crescimento de vendas de ve\u00edculos novos em cerca de 15%, nos usados 10% e no p\u00f3s-venda 5%. Para alcan\u00e7armos estes n\u00fameros, a oferta Stellantis \u00e9 um grande ponto de partida. Com a integra\u00e7\u00e3o da Leapmotor ainda este ano, passaremos a ter no nosso portf\u00f3lio novos modelos 100% el\u00e9tricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabalho na Stellantis Portugal h\u00e1 mais de 25 anos e tenho acompanhado de perto a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do modelo de neg\u00f3cio e de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso grupo. O setor autom\u00f3vel, enquanto atividade econ\u00f3mica, est\u00e1 mais profissional, mas o perfil dos clientes tamb\u00e9m mudou. Hoje, o cliente empresarial passou a representar mais de 80% das nossas vendas de ve\u00edculos novos e servi\u00e7os e, para este tipo de cliente, dispomos de uma equipa dedicada B2B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que o produto autom\u00f3vel em si est\u00e1 a atravessar, quer em termos de energia, tecnologia, concorr\u00eancia e utilidade, est\u00e1 a exigir uma gest\u00e3o mais eficiente da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e dos servi\u00e7os de p\u00f3s-venda oficial, com profissionais mais competentes e com melhor forma\u00e7\u00e3o.
