Eduardo Gaspar, diretor da Revista Automotive, esteve aos comandos da retroescavadora para realizar as v\u00e1rias opera\u00e7\u00f5es que a m\u00e1quina permite, teste din\u00e2mico que foi acompanhado por <strong>Jo\u00e3o Abel<\/strong>, gestor de produto no <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/09\/08\/entreposto-maquinas-com-novo-concessionario-em-almeirim\/\">Entreposto M\u00e1quinas<\/a><\/strong>, distribuidor exclusivo CASE em Portugal, em conjunto com outros profissionais do Entreposto M\u00e1quinas e da CMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e1rias novidades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova S\u00e9rie SV traz consigo uma nova motoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, passando do Tier4 para o Tier5. Com essa passagem, a <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/06\/08\/case-nova-gama-de-miniescavadoras-inclui-modelos-eletricos\/\">CASE <\/a>aproveitou e fez v\u00e1rias altera\u00e7\u00f5es importantes na sua retroescavadora. A come\u00e7ar pela cabine, que cresceu nas dimens\u00f5es, nos arrumos (44 litros) e na visibilidade com mais dois vidros. A cabina tem agora quatro vezes mais espa\u00e7o do que na vers\u00e3o anterior, contando tamb\u00e9m com novas aberturas das janelas, muito mais f\u00e1ceis de se utilizar, proporcionando um amplo campo de vis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Teste Retroescavadora CASE S\u00e9rie SV 580 - uma m\u00e1quina \u00fanica!\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LoYaaInJowE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta CASE apresenta de &nbsp;origem o veloc\u00edmetro, estando equipada com banco pneum\u00e1tico com aquecimento, r\u00e1dio com conec\u00e7\u00e3o Bluetooth, ar condicionado e chave eletr\u00f3nica com sistema antirroubo. Novidade tamb\u00e9m no que diz respeito ao enchimento do dep\u00f3sito do limpador de para-brisas, que agora pode ser efetuado no interior da cabine. Em locais com muito p\u00f3, o manobrador pode comodamente encher o dep\u00f3sito, sem ter de sair da m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o 3 as vers\u00f5es da nova S\u00e9rie SV: 580, 590 e 695. Todas elas est\u00e3o equipadas com o motor 3,6 litros de 4 cilindros e sistema de tratamento de gases de escape de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o. No caso da 580, este debita 97 cv, sendo que nas vers\u00f5es 590 e 695, debitam 110 cv. Dispon\u00edveis com caixa de velocidades autom\u00e1tica powershift, a vers\u00e3o 695 tem as quatro rodas com dimens\u00f5es iguais, com medida 28 polegadas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"889\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220802_170119.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220802_170119.jpg 889w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220802_170119-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220802_170119-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220802_170119-750x563.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 889px) 100vw, 889px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Em movimento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come\u00e7\u00e1mos com a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do balde frontal, onde verific\u00e1mos que esta <a href=\"https:\/\/automotiverevista.pt\/index.php\/2022\/06\/08\/case-nova-gama-de-miniescavadoras-inclui-modelos-eletricos\/\">CASE <\/a>n\u00e3o tem os bra\u00e7os curvos (denominados Tool Carrier), o que a torna muito pr\u00e1tica e ainda mais segura para carregar cami\u00f5es, por exemplo, ao reduzir o risco de colidir com o balde frontal, com a lateral do cami\u00e3o. Ali\u00e1s, a CASE em Portugal s\u00f3 comercializa as retroescavadoras com bra\u00e7os curvos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de ter um elevado bin\u00e1rio na opera\u00e7\u00e3o de carregamento do balde com terra, esta 580SV mostrou-se bastante segura com o sistema nivelador do balde, que impede deste oscilar quando est\u00e1 carregado. \u00c9 equipamento standard e funciona automaticamente. No joystick que comanda o balde frontal, existe um bot\u00e3o que faz o bloqueio do diferencial. Muito pr\u00e1tico e f\u00e1cil de se utilizar. No caso da caixa de velocidades poweshift, acrescenta-se um bot\u00e3o a este joystick, com as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de F-N-R, ou seja, os comandos para andar para a frente, neutro e marcha atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manobrar esta CASE \u00e9 uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o confort\u00e1vel, sendo que o n\u00edvel de ru\u00eddo no interior da cabine \u00e9 de apenas 72dB &#8211; uma refer\u00eancia no mercado &#8211; devido aos novos materiais utilizados na sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta 580SV vem tamb\u00e9m equipada com comandos pilotados, o que torna a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de manobrar o bra\u00e7o da retro, ainda mais f\u00e1cil. Al\u00e9m da suavidade de funcionamento dos comandos pilotados, permite optarmos pelo funcionamento tipo \u201cCASE\u201d da retro, ou do funcionamento \u201cISO\u201d, onde os comandos da retro ficam trocados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num dos comandos pilotados, dispomos de um bot\u00e3o que aciona o caudal m\u00e1ximo da bomba hidr\u00e1ulica da m\u00e1quina: os 165lts\/min. A CASE 580SV est\u00e1 equipada com sistema de caudal vari\u00e1vel. Este consegue bombear de 6lts a 165lts\/min, consoante a atividade da m\u00e1quina.
